About Prairie House Coffee Roasting
We invite you to visit our roasting production space and slow bar. Come see why we use an air roaster, hear our values as a roasting company, all while you taste our coffee.
We select exceptional, approachable, and experimental coffees, prioritizing sustainability with a focus on single-farms that embrace organic practices. Transparency is at the heart of our sourcing, ensuring each coffee is intentionally cared for and that those behind it are valued.
Every coffee has a story, and the story is rooted in the lineage it hails from. We are roasting the coffee we buy to express the life it has lived—from the origin and terroir it was born—finishing it with our style and roots.

Cool little coffee shop/roaster tucked away in a warehouse. You can order pour over, espresso or aero press as well as lattes. They also have pastries to serve. Definitely make it a stop along your coffee tasting trail.
